What happens when I exceed my response limit?
Your forms never go offline! We use auto-overage protection. When you exceed your limit, additional responses are charged at $0.01 each (₹0.80 for INR). You can set a monthly overage cap in your settings, or upgrade to a higher plan anytime.
What are AI actions?
AI actions are individual AI operations like generating a form from a description, summarizing responses, running sentiment analysis, detecting anomalies, scoring response quality, or getting AI-powered field suggestions. Each operation counts as approximately one action. Free plans include ~10 actions/day, Pro gets ~100/day, and Business/Enterprise get unlimited.
How do AI actions compare to competitors?
BttrForm includes 10 AI features free on every plan. Typeform charges $25-83/mo extra for limited AI features. JotForm and SurveyMonkey restrict AI to enterprise plans only. With BttrForm, you get AI form generation, sentiment analysis, anomaly detection, quality scoring, and more — all included from day one.
Can I use my own AI API key?
Yes! BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) lets you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI API key for unlimited AI actions with no daily limits. You pay the AI provider directly for usage. BYOK is available on all plans, including Free.
What happens when I run out of AI actions?
When you reach your daily AI action limit, you can still use all non-AI features normally. Your AI actions reset at midnight UTC every day. To get more AI actions, you can upgrade your plan or connect your own AI API key via BYOK for unlimited usage.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features with pro-rated billing. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI (India), and NetBanking. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.
Is there a long-term contract?
No, all plans are month-to-month or annual (with 2 months free). You can cancel anytime without any penalties. We also offer a pause option if you need to take a break.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing, you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service — that's 2 months free! Annual plans are billed once per year and provide the best value.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Can I add extra custom domains?
Yes! On Pro and Business plans, you can add additional custom domains for $5/month each (₹349/month). Enterprise plans include unlimited custom domains.
Are all form field types available on the Free plan?
Yes! Every field type (text, email, file upload, payment, rating, date, etc.) is available on every plan. We don't gate field types behind paid plans.
